All our members are wonderful people but just to ensure the enjoyment of all please read our rules.

1. Your membership

• Curve Club is a Private Members Club for passionate and entrepreneurial people. Memberships are allocated by our Curve Committee who meet once a week to determine who would be best to fill any available spaces. They choose members who they feel best embody our core criteria.
• You are free to withdraw your application prior to being approved at any time. Should you wish to do so, please contact our membership team at [email protected]. If your membership application is accepted, your first payment will be taken and your membership will commence immediately. You will receive an email to notify you.
• Curve Club reserves the right to charge members a joining fee, an annual subscription fee and for various other services. We have the right to amend or waive any such fees or subscriptions from time to time at our sole discretion.

2. Referrals

• You can propose people to be members and if they’re accepted you may receive a benefit from Curve Club. Please email referrals to [email protected] or ask your referral to apply here using your proposer code which can be found in your welcome email. Referral fees will only be due once the referral has been a member of Curve Club for 3 months. We’ll begin to process this on the date they’ve been a member for 3 months. A referral is only valid if the applicant uses your referral code in the references section of their application.

3. Membership renewal

• Membership is for a minimum period of one year and renewable thereafter on an annual basis. If you choose to stop coming or no longer want your membership you must still pay until the end of this minimum period.
• Membership renewals are not automatic and are reviewed by our Curve Committee on an annual basis. The decision of the Curve Committee is final and without appeal.

4. Membership payment

• Upon approval or renewal of your membership, your membership fees become payable immediately. By providing us with your payment information, you accept and consent to being charged with membership fees upon your application being approved or renewed. It is within our discretion to amend our membership fees at any time, and we will notify you in advance if there are to be any changes to the amount, date or frequency of the payment of your membership fees.
• Failure to pay the annual subscription (or any instalment thereof) within one month of the due date will result in your membership being terminated.

5. Membership Pause:

• Membership at Curve Club cannot be paused. You are able to downgrade to an online membership or reapply.

6. Membership Cancellation or Changes:

• If you wish to cancel or change your Curve Club membership, please be aware that a 30-day notice period is required. This notice period begins on the day we receive your cancellation/change request.
